Terms of Service for WANDERER'S ISLAND

By connecting to WANDERER'S ISLAND game servers, website, and Discord server, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Linking
To play on WANDERER'S ISLAND, you must link your Steam account to your Discord account via WhalleyBot. You affirm that you own both accounts. You may not link accounts that are not yours.

2. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit, harass other players, or attempt to evade bans. We reserve the right to ban or whitelist-remove any Steam ID / Discord ID at our sole discretion.

3. WhalleyBot Service
We use WhalleyBot as a third-party integration to facilitate linking. We are not responsible for downtime or issues with WhalleyBot, Discord, or Steam.

4. Disclaimer
WANDERER'S ISLAND and its servers are provided "AS IS" with no warranty. We are not affiliated with Valve, Steam, Discord, or WhalleyBot.

5. Termination
We may revoke your access to our servers, Discord, and website at any time for violation of these Terms or community rules.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
